The place where you will claim your PCSO Lotto prize depends on the amount of winning that you will claim.

Before claiming your winnings, you should write your name and affix your signature at the back of your winning tickets.

You should also take care of your ticket and make sure that it is not altered, defaced, torn or damaged. Keep ticket away from heat, hot objects, oil, water and solvents. You also should not fold your ticket.

If your lotto prize winnings amount to Php20.00 up to Php5,000.00, you can claim them at any authorized lotto outlet or at the PCSO Provincial District Offices in your area.

On the other hand, if your lotto prize winnings amount to more than Php5,000.00 up to Php200,000.00, you can claim them at any of the PCSO Provincial District Office or at the PCSO Main Office in Pasay City.

However, if you are the lucky winner of the jackpot prize, you should claim your winnings only at the PCSO Main Office at the Philippine International Convention Center, CCP Complex, Pasay City.

Jackpot winners must also bring two valid identification cards. Jackpot prizes can be claimed from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM.

For security purposes, you can send your lawyer with a special power of attorney to claim the prize so as not to jeopardize your identity.
